    What impact does sauna use have on male fertility? 

    Research has shown Sperm cells begin to become unviable from prolonged exposure to temperatures above 99°F (37°C). 

    This is a massive issue during sauna sessions when your internal body temperature can reach as high as 106°F (40°C). 

    Studies have shown that regular sauna sessions (2+ a week) can significantly impair sperm count and concentration, taking months of avoiding heat for levels to return to normal.

    How do I keep the cool packs frozen if I'm heading to work or the gym first? 

    Lucky for you, these are special ice packs that last incredibly long due to their technology. 

    Freeze your packs the night before and transport them in a small insulated bag or lunch cooler. If you don't have one, wrapping the pack in a hand towel inside your gym bag will slow the thaw significantly.

    How exactly do these shorts protect fertility? 

    Sauna Sack has a built-in pocket that holds a slim, body-conforming ice pack directly against your bal*s. 

    Instead of letting the intense sauna heat raise scrotal temperature to unsafe levels, the sack actively counters it, keeping things cooler than they'd otherwise run.

    How long does the cooling protection last once activated?

     Each pack stays effectively cold for approximately 2 hours in the sauna. 

    Can I wear these into a cold plunge?

    What's the process for prepping a cool pack before use? 

    Freeze the pack flat for a minimum of 2 hours (overnight for best results). 

    Slide it into the built-in pocket, positioned centered against the body. That's literally it.

    What's the best way to wash them?

    Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Air dry or tumble dry low. Remove the ice pack insert before washing.
